In an effort to better serve our ROQ Family of apparel decorators, we have launched a new and improved Customer Center. Powered by Oracle NetSuite, the new ROQ Customer Center will simplify how You submit a service request, view equipment information, receive estimates and sales orders, pay invoices, and more!
If You’re a current ROQ #PartnerInPrint, please click here to gain access (if You're not the correct person to manage this access for Your company, please share this blog with them so we can be sure to get You set up properly). Please follow the instructions provided to establish access. For security reasons, we cannot do this for You. If You had access to our earlier Service Portal, You'll need to reset Your access to ROQ's new Customer Center.
Once You gain access, click around and acquaint Yourself with the system. You’ll notice You can view Your full transaction history, machine details, and have a
much easier process for submitting Service Requests. Some history will be transitioning from the old system to the new in the following weeks, so don’t fret if You don’t see that.
