Step 3: Clean Each Panel of the Conveyor
Start Cleaning the First Panel:
Use the damp cloth to remove any loose residue from the conveyor.
Apply the soft scrub cleaner and gently scrub the panel to lift dirt or buildup.
Wipe the panel with a clean, damp cloth to remove the cleaner.
Advance the Belt:
Press the Start button once on the HMI to move the conveyor belt forward by one panel.
The belt will stop automatically, allowing you to clean the next section.
Repeat for All Panels:
The conveyor belt is divided into seven panels.
Clean each panel individually, ensuring thorough coverage.
Each panel should take no more than 2 minutes to clean.
Step 4: Final Check
Ensure all panels are clean and free of residue.
Dry the panels with a clean cloth to prevent slipping or sticking during operation.
Tips for Effective Cleaning
Perform this cleaning regularly to maintain optimal performance.
Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the belt or components.
Ensure the machine is completely dry before resuming normal operation.
By following these steps, your ROQ FOLD’s conveyor belt will remain in excellent condition, ensuring reliability and efficiency in your workflow.
